Check-in is from 2:00pm; checkout is at 11:00am. In the event the guest checks out prior to their booked departure date, tariff paid for the remainder of the booked period shall be deemed as non-refundable.Guests will be liable for all repairs or replacements in the event of damage to, or loss of, property caused by the guest and/or companions during their stay.  Perth Hills Accommodation reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $150.00 upon check-out for extreme cleaning requirements. Rooms are designed for a maximum of two (2) adult guests only, except for 3 Gums Cottage which has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. SMOKING RESTRICTIONS: NO SMOKING is allowed at any time in any of the rooms. PARTIES: We request there be no disturbance of neighbours, no undue noise, no behaviour likely to cause damage to property or offence or embarrassment to others, all noise to cease by 9 pm. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction. PAYMENT POLICY: Receipt of payment will confirm your booking. We accept cash, credit card or direct bank transfer.For credit card transactions we have a 1.5% surcharge on Mastercard & Visa, and a 3% surcharge on AMEX. For bank transfers the balance is required to be cleared in our account prior to check-in.After booking, you will receive a confirmation email that contains our bank account details. REFUND POLICY: No refund within 24 hours’ notice. Within 1 to 7 days’ notice – 50% refunded. Full refund with 8 days or more notice. Perth Hills Accommodation will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
